One bad Doctor

Dr. Duggal is an excellent physician. She is familiar with her field and she listens. Her punctuality is refreshing. She is a jewel.

I went to get ONLY refill for my Rx but Dr Duggal failed to issue refill but charged my insurance $350.00 I will file a report with State Regulators.

Worst doctor ever. Dont go to this doctor

Not enough room to write everything that I would like to say. Just one of the complaints.two appointments,she was not there, was set up with another appointment and next appointment also not there did see Nurse Assistant, who was good and nice, will not write all the other things. So upset and stressed out by this Doctor.

Short waiting time, very friendly staff Dr spends adequate time asking and responding to questions and showing concern. She has not hesitated in ordering referrals for care when needed.

I went in to this doctor to get a physical for school, and on the phone I was told that this provider did physicals. When I came to my appointment, I was 15 minutes early and finished my paperwork on time, yet waited in the waiting room for over an hour, which is unacceptable. When the nurse brought me back to run my vitals and ask about my health, I told her that I needed a physical and she brought me to the doctor. The doctor informed me almost immediately that should would NOT do a physical on me and sign off on my paperwork because I was not an "established patient" (i.e. she hadn't seen me at least 2 times), which is RIDICULOUS (I have since found somebody who did a physical, signed off on my paperwork, and got me in and out of the office in under an hour). I saw this woman for maybe 5 minutes after wasting an hour and a half of my time in the waiting room. She told me to ask my gastroenterologist to fill out part of the physical form, so I called his office as soon as I left… HealthCare Partners, and was informed that they could not do a physical. When I drove back to ask the doctor to fill the paperwork out, I was given wishy-washy answers to my questions from the nurse, and they could NOT inform me what I needed to do in order to get a physical from this provider, despite me giving her legitimate questions. I simply do not understand why this doctor would not give me what I was told I could get (I was not asking for prescriptions and what I was requesting was not in violation of any laws, including HIPAA). I have never seen ineptitude such as this in any medical office and I will NEVER refer anybody to this group. Overall, I wasted 3 HOURS of my time with these idiots and the fact that I was able to get a physical two days after the fact with no issues from another healthcare group speaks volumes to how asinine these people were and how frustrating the situation was. 0/5 stars, would not recommend.
