The dental hygenist at this office was horrible. She did a 2 minute cleaning on my teeth and then said I am going to send to your insurance company a request for a deep cleaning. I am 33 years old and have one cavity and have never been told by any dentist office I needed this. Clearly a scam just to charge my insurance. We made an appointment for a small cavity filling on Dec 30 and they called me in the middle of the day on Dec 29th to cancel per the dentist/owner's request because she wanted to leave early for New Years. Then on Jan 1st 2023, my insurance is no longer covered by them. Not to mention after the hygenist cleaned my teeth for 2 mins, I waited in the room for the dentist to come in for 25 minutes for her to tell me I have a minor cavity but she will not fill it now, I have to come back... then she canceled the appointment. Worst dentist in Nassau County, probably all of NY. Stay Away. Half her postive reviews on google are probably by bots she paid for.
