Dr. Sekou F Molette, MD

This is my 3rd appt. & have yet to get the help that I really need & deserve. It really breaks my heart to see ppl don’t care about you. My heart is heavy & I’m very frustrated because I know the pain I feel on a daily basis. Some days, I need help out of bed, not to mention I recently had a major Surgery. Hands down, this has been the worst Dr. I’ve ever been to. I suffer from severe lower back pain that radiates all the way down my legs. While he was looking at my scans, he was reading the results & at the same time calling me a liar about my pain & that “it shouldn’t hurt that bad.” I then say that you can’t tell a Patient how they feel! He makes you feel like you’re being dishonest, incompetent, belittled, a druggy needing a fix. Lord knows I don’t have the time to waste to just get pain medicine for a “fix”! I’m in pain everyday & because my pain hasn’t been treated, I’m now very inflammed. The staff is extremely unprofessional, rude & heartless. Please don’t waste your time here.… I left my last pain clinic due to me falling between the cracks, constantly smelling liquor on the Dr. when I go to visits, pain increasing after procedures & unprofessionalism. It appears I went from bad to worst! Be prepared to not be helped & be treated like an attic if you still decide to come here, especially if you’re young... God Bless!

My my is Billy Halbrook, Mollette was my Dr. I need my medical records sent to another center, that would be Midsouth Pain Treatment Center in Jackson Tn. Unfortunately I can't reach anyone.

My husband had a appointment with Dr mollett in Parsons last month. He was last appointment of day. He go there early. Dr mollett saw him there but no nurse there. He sat in waiting room for 15 minutes and then discovered Dr mollett had left. No telling him or anything. Cannot get office to return phone calls from him or from his primary. The pharmacy has also tried to call him. My husband has been a patient for a number of years. Left him with out pain meds now for a month. He has no quality of life because of it.

He Has A Good Bed Sign And A Very Good Doctor.

Hands down, best pain management doctor out there. It can be a nightmare getting your 1st appointment and contacting the office BUT the doctor and office visits are superior.

I wouldn't even give a rating. This company is aweful. I set up an appointment which took a month for them to see me. They were rude and unprofessional but since their prices were decent (I was self paying), I decided to ignore it and get the pain medication I needed. Did I mention I have a broken back and was told by a surgeon at TOA that I needed pain management. So the day before my appointment they call and say they are cancelling on me cause I didn't fill out their patient form online a week before my appointment. I've been to several hospitals, clinics, doctors and I always print and bring it in with me. Never has anyone asked me to send it online a week before my appointment. They never told me or my referring doctor about this. Then my doctor calls to reschedule and they say they won't take me cause I swore, which I don't remember doing. Although I was very upset and in unbearable pain. They treated me like a drug addict trying to get a fix. I have documented (MRI's, X-Rays,… etc) lower lumbar arthritis and some days can't get out of bed. I waited for these bottom feeders to get my life back and now I'm sitting on ice packs all day and my business is failing cause I can't get the pain meds I need. Screw you Top Medical Group. Don't ever call these hacks unless you like being treated like garbage and lied to.

Provided copies of my test results twice because the office was unable to get them and the copies I handed to the nurse never made it into my record

I guess it depends on what a person is looking for in a provider. This provider listened to me. He obviously had reviewed my information before the visit. He did a complete spine and joint examination and asked me questions and asked me if I had any.

This Dr. put me in the hospital from overall high dosages of pain killers.Thankful to be alive and away from him and his horrible staff that never returns a call, emergency or not, they don't care!

I have been a patient of Dr Molette's for going on SEVEN years now! He goes out of his way to make it convenient for his patients to see him by have MANY multiple locations, some of them FAR away from his central office in Nashville! He is extremely knowledgeable and very gifted physician. I feel lucky to have been referred to him and would not dare go anywhere else! He IS VERY through and takes his time on EVERY visit with him. He is also very firm on his requirements to see him, such as keeping a journal, etc. HOWEVER, given the field he practices in and with all the state requirements involved, I can completely understand the need for this! Also, he has a great personality and wonderful bedside manner, BUT on the other hand he is in NO way a "pill pusher" and has NO time for such, but if you truly NEED a pain management physician, then you cant go wrong with Dr. Molette!!!
