I had a simple easy to diagnose ear infection. The guy was in a big rush even though I was the only patient there, I had to stop him from rushing out the door to ask him to write me a note for my work place to prove that I had an ear infection since I had called off one day. He refused until I argued with him. This was a first for me as that seems like a routine thing. I wasn't asking for anything beyond a note explaining that I had been diagnosed with an ear infection and had already returned to work, who did not even request it. I wanted it simply to cover my behind just in case.During the appointment his attitude was arrogant and impatient. I had just got off of an 8 hour shift including 2 hours outdoors in windchill of 0*F while sick... I really shouldn't have had to deal with that.It should be said that this was an urgent care visit since my work hours wouldn't have allowed me to see my family doctor for a week minimum, possibly more. Also, the office staff was friendly,… professional and the visit was speedy (largely because I was the only patient there).

He treated my son at a local urgent care. He was arrogant, rude, refused to refill and inhaler for his asthma, and failed to follow CDC guidelines for H1N1 treatment. My son ended up with pneumonia, his condition worsened, and he missed almost 2 weeks of school.
