Dr. Selma Pierce Wilson, MD

If you want a Dr. for refeals to spend your money she is great for that. We spent about ten weeks going here and there with no help with pain what so ever. If you need a pain clinic go elsewhere!!!

Dr. Wilson was an answer to prayer! Lower back pain was limiting my mobility and interfering with my daily life. She was recommended to me and I am very grateful for her expertise and compassion. I was able to have an initial consult with her very quickly. Within 3 days of the consult, I had a procedure and I’m now pain free! Thank you Dr. Wilson!

I was with her for a 6 months before I decided to try another doctor, who had treated me with respect and trust. Wait times were horrible and always treated me like an addict. She never asked for mri's or xrays. Never believed the pain I was in. Always sold me gadgets for pain. Always scheduled outpatient shots in spine but never went through xrays or Mri's. She never reviewed my knee or shoulder xrays and once gave me a shot in the knee, the nurse came in to give me instruction,she left the room and when I stood up and there was a loud pop, couldnt walk, dr never came back in room and was sold crutches and leg brace then I was ushered out. Nurse apologized for dr not coming back in. One of the nurses pulled me aside another time and asked me not to bother asking for meds on that visit. It was a scam to charge insurance. I found a great doctor who saw I had 4 herniated disc. He also discoved tear in knee and shoulder. He sent me to specialist and discovered rheumatoid… arthritis. I have had two major surgeries and now treat the arthritis. My doctor is strict but is controling my pain very well and life is much better now...stay away from the pain management associates they dont care everyone is a drug addict in their eyes

Dr Wilson has been nothing but a wonderful Doctor, and person to me. She listens to what I advise her regarding my pain, and she treats it very well and prescribes treatment that has been spot on She has helped me almost be without pain. She sees me promptly and I am very glad to know her.

I'm glad I left this person for someone who cares not in it for the money and doesn't blame or suspect for her personal family incidents taking it out on her paatients

I went to see Dr. Selma Wilson after seeing another pain doctor that flat refused to do anything for me, interventional or medicine wise. My PCP referred me to her for pain relief. What I got was the worst pain I've had in a year after sitting in her waiting room for 2 hours and the exam room for an hour. I was in tears by the time I got home and severely nauseated from the pain. All of this and all I got was a prescription for physical therapy. I guess I'm just supposed to suffer until the therapy starts to work, if it even does. I wish I would've went with my instincts after reading these reviews and found another doctor.

She is a one of the caring doctors that I have met. She is genuine and tell you as it is.

This was the worst experience ever once I waited over 2 hour later to find our dr was out . Also i was treated as if i was a drug addict. also getting meds from linda badddd . also appts were cancelled yet rescheduled as far as over 1 month out. a person could die of pain getting treated like a druggie .
