Dr. Seper Dezfoli, MD

I brought my 77-year-old mother back in May 2020 to see Dr Dezfoli because of concerning symptoms, and he was very patient with her in talking her through her combo endoscopy/colonoscopy. She has a redundant colon with lots of twists and turns, and Dr Dezfoli was super careful with her. When there was a part of her colon that he felt concerned about the safety of him continuing the colonoscopy, he decided it was too risky. He then made some calls and got her in with another doctor that very same day to get an imagining alternative for that part of her colon. That was a huge help to my mom as that meant she did not have to repeat the colon prep for another day. I also went to Dr Dezfoli for my own colonoscopy last month, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciate his professionalism and helpful way of talking with patients.

Dr. Dezfoli is an outstanding physician. He is a skilled communicator and has a terrific way of explaining complex topics in an understandable way. Everyone in the office is also wonderful and I’m thankful Cedars referred me to this office.
