Dr. Serafin P Hosena

Meeting and using Dr Hosena has become the worst mistake of all the years I have sat in a dentist chair. He is a cheat and a LIAR! I went to Dr Hosena for several years in which time I thought he was pretty decent. But that was a totally wrong impression I had developed. He pulled one over on me, make that "he pulled SEVERAL over on me"! Convinced me to get six teeth crowned for a straighter smile, which I went for. But when they came in they were a different color than the rest of my teeth. I let him know just how upset I was and that there had to be a mistake.... but that fell on deaf ears. I continued to see him for another year, even though I wasn't happy with the color he delivered. Then I let him pull ANOTHER ONE over on me when he sold me on getting my lower FOUR teeth crowned to straighten them. I told him to make sure to order the same color as the tops so they would FINALLY MATCH. He did - and when the FOUR new lower teeth crowns came in, THEY WERE BRIGHTER AND… WHITER THAN THE TOP ONES he had put in the year prior! I expressed just how that proves that the SIX UPPER CROWNS were either made the wrong color or ordered the wrong color. He said he would have the company that he orders the crowns from meet with me in his office the following week. When their Rep came, he immediately walked out verifying that Dr. Hosena put the wrong color crowns on the six top teeth.... But Dr. Hosena wouldn't take ANY RESPONSIBILITY, WOULD NOT REPLACE the crowns he had put in even thought I told him that they were not the correct/match color! On top of that, he had the nerve to BILL ME for the consultation with his Rep!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So I paid most of my bill, I have been in contact with his office several times to correct the billing - but still nothing!!!! Instead he sends my bill to collections, all the time knowing he did the wrong thing from the start! So when I went to another dentist, one who knows Dr. Hosena and the crap work he doles out I was able to finally get things done right. Only to find out several other areas Dr Hosena had worked on were done incorrectly!

He is excellent with a caring personality
