I have seen Dr. Serena Morrison on two occasions, first for a vision issue that some up suddenly and for a follow up and full vision exam. Her calm and kind manner is both refreshing and reassuring. She answers all questions in a clear and thorough way. I was so impressed that I am taking my son with special needs to her, that trust I do not lightly give away. Having Dr. Morrison here is a boon to the Belfast area.

I waited half a month for my appointment. On my appointment day, I took off work and arrived on time. I waited one full hour for my name to be called. Then they told me they do not do contact lenses!!!! If they care, don't you think they would let me know a little bit earlier? Awful experience. I do not recommend their office.
