At the first several visits, Dr. Vance was great with my daughter. However, on a recent visit, she did not explain the procedure at all. In and Out. As we were leaving, she said she would call in my daughter's new prescription. She NEVER did! It has been one week, and I have made seven phone calls. We are still waiting. I am very disappointed.

Didn’t feel like she listened to me very well. And was just in a hurry to get to another person. Would not recommend

Dr. Vance is very understanding and will listen to every question or concern you may have. I had the same OBGYN for the past 6 years, but then she left. I was sad to find a new doctor, but I am so happy I found Dr. Vance and highly recommend her. She is fantastic!

I recently started using Dr Vance and she is absolutely fantastic. When I had surgery she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions before and after. Before her I had used the same OB doctor for about 15 years. She is gentle and caring. When I started seeing her she was pregnant and that made me feel more at ease. I hate that I had to change doctors but I am thankful I found her and her amazing team.

She was nice, the office wasn’t so nice. Then she must have been having a bad day when I had my baby because she was so rude to my nurse. Then I felt like she delivered my baby by C section because she was in a hurry.

dr. Vance does not follow through with the information she gives. I had to ask about my mamogram appointment that was To be scheduled before I left the office. When I asked the nurse she had no ideal what I was talking about when it came to any other appointments. I do not feel that I was given enough time to discuss the issues going on with my female problems.

I'm surprised regarding the reviews. She's wonderful and quick, takes the time to answer and concerns.
