Dr. Serena Marie Wong, MD

A very rude dr. She has little regard for her patient and it shows

n the 20 years I've been under the care of psychiatrists, I've never met one before or since Dr. Wong as lacking in empathy and compassion. Mental health professionals are dealing with a particularly vulnerable demographic but she is not warm, kind or non-judgmental. She chastised me for my use of a medication that was helping my severe panic disorder and held her ability to take it away at a moments notice over my head. When she switched me to a different medication (which another psychiatrist told me she executed incorrectly) and I had a terrible reaction, she was impossible to get a hold of and came across inconvenienced by the whole thing. I have never reviewed any sort of medical professional but I hope to save someone else the horrible situation I went through that troubles me even years later.
