Dr. Serge Peter Poulin, MD

Went to him for years, started losing weight and having multiple BMs per day. Prescribed fiber. I was getting worse, called his office staff said I could not come in for a referral to a GI doctor. I went in anyway. They were very rude to a sick man. I let them know how I felt. The PA berated me; the DR. kicked me out of his practice. I don't think he can diagnose anything more complicated than the common cold.

Dr. Himself is not good. No manners how to talk. Can't even diagnose properly. Top of that he got the most rude and impolite people working for him. If you are a diabetic patient then never see this doctor. He really neesd to change his front desk staff. Maybe that might help his practice little bit. Getting just a medical degree does not make you good doctor. At the same time you must repect your patients and care about them. Maybe you have one or two bad days but even everytime. Your staff can be at least nice for once but no every single time they talk to you like you are a piece of garbage.

Entire front staff is an idiot and uneducated. Have no idea about what they are doing. Cannot even do simple task as giving an appointment. Only things they know is chit-chatting. No idea abt refills or insurance billing. Simply stupid and rude. Do not even have courtesy to hello. Not just once but every time. Nothing is done on time.

I was referred to Dr. Poulin two years ago by a co-worker and I have to say it was the best referral anyone could have given me. He takes the time to listen, to inform and has never failed to properly diagnose me. I don't have the words really to indicate to someone just how wonderful a man he is. I'm so glad I have him as my doctor. His office staff is remarkable and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to see Dr. Poulin. Just awesome all around.

I was appalled when I was suddenly fired as a patient because I informed the staff (who was very rude) that I couldnt make my lab appointment. I had a scheduled appointment and they sent me a letter saying the doctor would no longer be my doctor--with no explanation why! I have always been a compliant patient and have physicians in my family. Nobody understands why this doctor would be so rude to just drop me suddenly. It is very unprofessional. When I contacted the staff, they were beyond mean over the phone and acted like they didnt care. The doctor wouldnt even bother to call me or write me a letter with an explanation. I dont know if this is legal but am going to find out.

The offic assistants aren't very nice, but the doctors and doctor assistants are great.

Kind, courteous and friendly staff. Dr. Poulin has always gone out of his way to offer guidance to my family. Katherine Voss is kind and caring. Both are true professionals, very knowledgeable and they truly care about their patients. I would never switch doctors.As for the reviews that say they get stuck with the P.A.- ask for Dr. Poulin, it's that simple.

Dr. Poulin correctly diagnosed a heart valve problem when the hospital said it was just pneumonia. Nothing but the highest praise for the approximately 18 years I have had him as my physician.

I have not been seen by Dr. Poulin in 6 years. He apparently felt that I was a better fit for his PA. He never consulted me about this switch and I have no idea if he has even reviewed my medical records. This un-nerves me as I do have a couple of medical conditions. I have recently switched Doctors and should have done it years ago. His bedside manner is poor, His PA is twice the practioner that he is.

Professional, Competent, Friendly, Compassionate, a true FRIEND when times are bad... Could NOT find a better choice anywhere! He has taken care of my family for 24 years
