Here is an autocratic enemy to all who are unfortunate enough to go to him. He will find something wrong and immediately schedule your surgery. He removed my prostate because I didn't stand up for myself. He will laugh all the way to the bank while you suffer.

I can understand why some people complain about his bedside manner and curtness. I think , besides possible cultural differences (he's from Russia), they just misinterpret his getting to the point and not waisting your time with words. I've had two TURBT with T1Grade3 bladder tumors. And one MMC infusion. He has explained everything, done a very good job, nice follow up at bedside in the recovery room and answered all my questions at post-op visits. Perhaps you'd find more expertise at a big bladder cancer center on the mainland. However, I know from my research and talking with him that he's keeping up with all the latest research.
