Sergey Koyfman, DO graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. He completed his Surgical Osteopathic/Otolaryngology Internship at Michigan State University and went on to complete his Residency in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery there from 2002 through 2006. In 2007, he completed one year of fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology and Micro-Vascular Reconstructive Surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Koyfman is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Association and is certified in both Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Koyfman is the Medical Director of the Head and Neck Oncology Program, Orange Regional Medical Center and Assistant Clinical Professor of Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery Mount Sinai Hospital/ School of Medicine.

Arrived 15 min early, still sitting in waiti G room 45min past My appointment! Then when you get up and complain/ask when you will be seen. Three receptionist attack you. Almost got in an argument with Heather! She wanted to fight and all I wanted was to be seen! Wow

I met with Dr. Koyfman after being diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer and there is no other surgeon I’d rather work with. Extremely smart, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I had multiple opinions and he is by far the best.
