I have call Dr Turchins office on two occasion for appointments both times I got an answering machine. Left my name one three different lines. No one called back. My husband went to the office to see if they were still there the receptionist claimed there was no message. I had to go to the walk in clinic. Next time I tried to make an appointment machine again. They said dr. Was out this week booked next week. Went to the walk in clinic again. What good is a dr. Who you can never see

Dr Turchin is an Ok doctor. Very thorough with taking notes. Gives me the impression he's not really listening. Needs help with bedside manners. His staff is his biggest problem. They are not friendly at all, and seem to have no empathy for the patients. Try calling in for a prescription refill and I held on the line for over ten minutes, then hung up. Very frustrating especially when you need a refill in a hurry. Currently seeking another doctor who has empathy for his patients.

I STOPPED GOING TO HIM BECAUSE OF HIS INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE. MY TIME WITH HIM WAS LIMITED TO 15 MINUTES. I KNEW MY TIME WAS UP WHEN HE STOPPED TSLKING TO ME. HE IS THE ONLY DOCTOR I EVER VISITED WHO NEVER...NEVER TOUCHED ME. HE IS MORE INTERESTED IN WRITING BOOKS THAN HE IS IN TREATING PSATIENTS.

What a doctor. Having many medical problems, I see many doctors, and I have to say Dr. Turchin is one of the best. He always listens carefully and I always leave satisfied. The staff, which could make or break a practice are also respectful, joyous and overall wonderful. Having gone to 5 internists, he is the best so far.
