Dr. Sergei Paul Lapinel, MD

My entire family has been seeing Dr. Lapinel for nearly two decades. We have been treated by doctors in many different countries and he is by far the best practitioner we have come across. He is caring, has impeccable listening skills and has no problem answering any questions you may have. I know many persons who have been loyal to him throughout the years and they all come to the same conclusion: Dr. Lapinel wants his patients to feel comfortable and respected. His listening skills are just as laudable as his vast medical knowledge which he is never egotistical in sharing.

Great doctor, but TERRIBLE wait time.

Not only is the staff incompetent, but doctor won't accept responsibility as well. Dr. Lapinel had me tested for H pylori sometime close to new years. I had to wait over a month to find out the outcome of that test. In fact, Diana Lorenz told me that the test came back positive. They sent the prescription for the antibiotics to my pharmacy and I picked it up. I had already been taking antibiotics because of an infection in my gums so I contacted Dr. Lapinel about the dosage. He then tried to find records of the test results that Diana was going off of but couldn't find it. He placed me on hold for over ten minutes and then I would up speaking with his head nurse. Her name eludes me at this time but she told me that there was a mistake and that there were no test results. So Diana Lorenz falsely told me that I had H pylori when she didn't have any idea. The head nurse didn't want to go into it further. In fact, she offered to put me in front of everyone that was waiting to see the… doctor just so I could take the test again without having to wait on line. She told me she would do that for me as long as don't say anything to anyone about it. They are not only incompetent but a visit here can potentially be dangerous. Good luck to Floyd Martin in fixing these issues. Ignorance is truly bliss.
