Dr. Sergio Rene Flores, MD

Didn’t address my health issue appropriately. Extremely disappointed as my issue has worsened significantly. He really dropped the ball by acting like it wasn’t a big issue. I have an infection from traveling and it’s now spreading to other organs because he told me not to worry about it.

Had a bad feeling after my first appt. w/him. He was quite rushed, curt, professional, not inclined to immediately prescribe unnecessary tests, but rushed to the point where I didn't feel he was thorough. Anyway, further interactions w/him & staff confirmed my intuition. Sought a 2nd opinion through a different provider, and in less than an hour was diagnosed with something this doctor completely missed. Wouldn't recommend unless you're in good health.

I have to say while I was in & out of the office quickly and impressed with the staff, my initial visit w/Dr. Flores left me w/a bitter taste. While he was polite, he was also abrupt. If I explained something I felt was pertinent to my gi history he seemed to shoot it down, ultimately, all the way down to why I was there in the first place. I have to say I left feeling dismissed, short of him saying "it's all in your head." I'll give him a chance bc my pcp recommended him, but I wasn't that impressed e/my initial visit/consult.

Our experience was excellent. All the process went very nice, his stuff is kind and he cares and explains everything clearly and follows up carying for his patients. I highly recommend Dr Flores.

Excellent Dr.

After having been referred for a virtual colonoscopy 3 months ago I am still waiting for my results. It seemed as though this physician had little to no time to spend with me in explaining my condition. Bedside manner leaves me cold.

I have been seeing Dr. Flores for the past 4 years ever sinced diagnosed with pancreatitis. He is a very good, no nonsense doctor who cares.

Dr Flores was calm, diligent, careful, and did not rush. He is thoughtful and experienced. I was impressed with the entire practice.
