The worst service and Dr. /patient communiation I have ever experienced along with added with extra stress for me because of it.

I told the Dr. Specifically what services I wanted and didn't want. There was no problem ,we had agreed. To my surprise the office went ahead and did what they wanted. Which costed me More money for procedures I did not want. Which when confronted, denied ever knowing about. All I can think of is , Probably padding his other Dr. Friends pockets.. I do Not recommend .

Excellent with cosmetic procedures. Highly recommended.

Dr Francescon is an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent Dr

Dr. Francescon has made the same mistake twice putting fillers in my face. Once, I ignored the mistake but when he did it a second time in the folds from the nose to the mouth I decided he really does not know this procedure. I went back to his office for him to look at it and he said the mistake would go away. As before, it takes over a year for the mistake to fade. You can see the bumps of filler through my skin because he did not apply it deep enough. He did not offer to correct it.

Am elderly family member used Dr.F for some time,as he removed facial skin cancer which he felt would likely return.... and already has.While this family member was recently in an emergency room with ghastly and life changing ocular and facial shingles,which are linear,the staff was questioning what was also on another area of the face separate from the shingles-they themselves mselves questioning a recurrence of the skin cancer.We shared that Dr. F had followed the skin cancer.The emergency room doctor and staff doctor then called him to come in and see his (well established!) patient,at the hospital that he affiliates with mind you,and to help determine a diagnosis of this (well established!) patient...but he refused to come in to the emergency room!!! Prior to this,we found him to be quite good and he even had a jovial/friendly flare about him too.However,we will most definitely will not use him again! We remain very appalled and disappointed with his conduct and obvious lack of… concern for his patient,who he had already been treating.We realize now that sadly,he was in it for the big buck.. and truly no more.Sad to say it and to be forced to see it this way,too.But the truth speaks and doesn't lie.

I had a growth removed from my arm. Today you can't see where the stitches were at all.It was pain free. His staff is very polite.
