I had the distinct pleasure of experiencing Dr Maggi and his staff during my rhinoplasty at Austin Plastic Surgery Center. Everyone was kind, professional, medically informative, thorough and precise. My results were exactly as I wanted! It’s the first time in 50 years I’ve enjoyed having my photo taken because my nose is beautiful! You will not be disappointed in Dr Maggis precision!!!

My experience with this doctor and staff was outstanding and I am very happy with my results.

I had my first breast augmentation 10 years before. With another doctor in another town prior to this revision with lift. I went on the internet and researched all over Texas for sometime to find the right surgeon for me. I found Dr. Maggi and started to dig in and read and watch his method of surgery, recovery and reviews etc. accomplishments and training or what drew me to him. Not to mention the before and after photos :) I made the commitment to him, even living several hours away, because I just felt he was the choice for me. I have never been more on point!! From the first meeting with Dr. Maggi it has been amazing. From preop to postop not only him but the staff has been amazing. With my first surgery 10 years prior I wasn’t as informed of many things as Dr. Maggi and/or staff made SURE that I was very clear on. I can go into many things about how attentive he and his staff are but you will see what I mean when you book your appointment :) His True care and concern for… his patients is beautiful. The staff that I communicated with the most, Tonna and Shelby, they made me feel like I was part of the family there every time I spoke to them or saw them. Professional but still fun and down to earth. They have a really good operation going on there. To be honest I will miss seeing them. As far as the end result goes, I could not be happier. My recovery was easy and healing was minimal discomfort. The incision scars are healing amazing and from the looks of it I honestly don’t think that there will be a visible scar. From all of the pictures I have seen on the Internet I have compared everything that I could and I am so happy with my end result. thank you Dr. Maggi for giving me exactly what I wanted and thank you staff for cheering me on.

He’s a terrible surgeon. Destroyed my breasts. He took several measurements beforehand and somehow still messed up. Then wanted to charge me more money to fix his mistake. I understand if he was good at this back in the day but beware of the shaky hands. Also, his staff are ill informed and leave so much to be desired. The exam rooms are cheap with paper thin walls so you can hear entire conversations taking place in the next room.

My nose had a pronounced and bulbous tip that had a midline crease from split cartilage. I am a physician myself and have been involved in countless cosmetic surgeries, as my specialty is anesthesiology. I consulted with plastic surgeons I work with, but ultimately did not feel comfortable with proceeding. On a strong recommendation, I scheduled a consult with Dr. Maggi because he “does the best rhinoplasties and his noses come out beautiful.” The initial consult was lengthy. My face was photographed from every angle, both natural and smiling. He then printed out full 8x10 pictures and taped them up on the wall. He wanted to fully understand what I was wishing to change and took extensive notes, marking up each photograph. He took measurements and examined my features carefully. Then, he discussed his potential approach tailored to my specific anatomy. He explained and drew pictures of what he was planning to accomplish and what features he expected to be able to change. … All the while, he would continually ask for my input and check to make sure his plan was in line with my wishes. Dr. Maggi was very careful to communicate the various scenarios he could run into surgically based on my actual anatomy (exposed during the procedure) and his approach with each scenario. He was realistic, laser-focused on every detail to achieve natural-appearing results. I’m now 2 months post-op and I love my nose. It’s better than I could have imagined. The tip refinement is perfect. No ball at the end of my nose or crease down the middle. When I look in the mirror, I’m in awe of Dr. Maggi’s work. He is truly an expert and I feel so much gratitude for his careful consultation, individualized plan, and the end result. There is still minor swelling, but this is improving with time and healing. One final note. Several weeks ago, I had an appointment with a friend who is an ENT surgeon regarding some post-viral hoarseness. He was planning to scope my larynx and was prepping my nose with local anesthetic. I mentioned that he may need to be aware that I recently had a rhinoplasty procedure done. He laughed and said that he was just admiring the nice shape of my nose and was wondering how he'd never noticed this before. He was so impressed with how it looked completely natural and wanted to know who my plastic surgeon was. How is that for an endorsement?! Incredibly pleased. From start to finish. Dr. Maggi, his office staff, his office and surgical suite, the communication, the follow-up. All exceptional. 5 stars across the board.

This is another update I had a breast aug about a year ago and my boobs look perfect but I recently went back and got a tummy tuck I’m 22 so I’m healing very well and very happy with my results Dr Maggi is truly amazing at what he does and I will never trust anyone else he’s one of the best in Austin I guarantee it. I love Jane she is my favorite nurse there she makes the whole experience unbelievable. Trust in Dr Maggi he won’t do you wrong!

Went in for my consultation, Dr.Maggi was very detailed on what to expect for my breast augmentation. The patient coordinator was very helpful, as well as all of the office staff. The doctor took a lot of measurements to ensure exactly what I wanted. I went to see another doctor but decided to go with Dr.Maggi. On my surgery day everything was perfect! I woke up after surgery with little to no pain. The surgical was wonderful! I went from an B cup to a DD and I love it! If you want beautiful breasts too, go see Dr.Maggi!!!!

I cannot day enough about this amazing doctor! Not only as a surgeon but as a human being! It angers me that anyone would deface his professionalism and his character. I had a 200 pound weightloss and had tremendous skin. This man changed my life! I had a full face and neck lift that turned out flawlessly! Absolutely beautiful results! I also had brachioplasty and have zero scaring. He does take job VERY seriously and is very meticulous in his work. I would rather have a doctor who is serious about my well being and outcome than someone who jokes around and doesn’t take their work seriously!!!! I love Dr Maggi and have the deepest respect for his professionalism and beautiful work. He is a blessing and has done perfect work on me! I’m going back again in Nov, can’t wait! I absolutely love Dr Maggi, he and his staff are always so uplifting and positive. Dr Maggi did my augmentation and abdomenoplasty a year ago. I have never been happier. He takes a lot of time explaining everything. You won't be disappointed

Had a hard bump under nipple post op. Dr. Maggi told me to see another doctor to aspirate fluid out!! I have an appointment with another surgeon! My breast is red, hard, sore, with scanning around nipple-nipple is now flattened. Thanks for nothing Maggi!
