Dr. Sergio Sotelo, MD

Sees both of my kids - has always been great...!

Our daughter wound up in the hospital with a bone infection in her clavicle. I called each of our physician friends and asked which pediatrician they take their kids to. They all said Dr. Sotelo. We switched from another Pediatric office to this one and Dr. Sotelo was excellent. He really cared, called us on evenings with updates and really put us at ease throughout the treatment process. I highly recommend him.

With regrets after 2 years my family is leaving a good pediatrician (dr sotelo) because of the staff and office atmosphere.

Dr Sotelo never showed up at the hospital when our child was born. So another doctor from his office showed up two days late. His Nurse was mean and rude and did her best to make me feel like I was not rich enough for their practice. Do youself a favor and find a doctor that really cares about your child's well being rather than their personal schedules.

Dr. Sotelo came highly recommended by at least 3 nurses and a few of my neighbors. Since our children have been going to him, we have recommended him to at least 5 families. They all love him. We feel fortunate to have found such a caring Dr. for our boys.

I was so relieved to have found Dr. Sotello after my daughter was born. The 1st pediatrician I took her to spent very little time with us and seemed annoyed by my "new mom" questions.Dr. Sotelo is very patient and thorough in his exam and then asks that you meet him in his office after the exams. During which time he answer any questions you have and provides more information about what to expect.He was a lifesaver for me and really treats the whole family unit and not just the child.

This is the best doctor I have ever met in my life. However, his billing staff is lacking. The woman in charge, for whatever reason, did not send in our insurance claim on time for our first appointment there when our baby girl was born, and we ended up having to pay for it out of pocket, which was over $400. We were NOT very happy about this. And they were very rude to us about it even though it was their mistake.
