I have suffered with congestion for years. I'm a big baby when it comes to going to the Doctor. So I get a call from this lovely person Giovanna. I signed up for the free sinus consult on Facebook of all places. And she calls me the next day. I get scheduled for the free one on one with Dr.Evans. We talk and talk about what treatment options are available for me. After much discussion we decide Balloon Sinuplasty in-office procedure is the best thing for me. Couple of weeks after my insurance approves it, Lori(the nurse) schedules me for the procedure. I get it done on a Friday, by Monday I'm back at work. I have never felt and breathed better. Thank You, Thank You Dr.Evans and Staff. I highly recommend this office.

I have been suffering with a constant cough for years now, I went through the allergy drops phase and it worked for a little bit but became too costly.(with different clinic). The first thing I loved about the Texan ENT is that you call its a person, not a press 1 for this and press 2 for that. Its an actually live person and every time I call its the same person. The next thing is they sent you this portal token thing that gives you access to your new patient paperwork and you can even send message through this to the nurse. I checked in with the front person I think her name was Giovanna. Very sweet and professional. Within minutes of checking in Lorie the nurse calls me back. Does the not so fun part of weighting me. Then I waited another 10 minutes and Dr. Evans comes in. He is very young but very knowledgeable. It turns out the constant cough and clearing of my throat is a simply reflux and dietary changes. He walks me out and I get to chat with the nurse about a Book he… recommends to change what I eat. Its been 3 weeks and I have to say no constant cough. Of course I still have allergies but who doesn't in Texas. Thank you Dr. Evans and staff!!!

Office staff courteous, timely. He wanted me to have a biopsy under anesthesia but would not first rule out thrush by Rx. Second opinion treated for thrush first with success~!! No Biopsy Needed.
