I have had eczema On my feet for 18 years. I was to the point where the skin Of my feet was so damaged by topical steroids that the skin would scratch right off! I could not walk or wear shoes because my feet were so painful. I traveled from Sarasota to Dr. Foreman’s office because of his expertise and knowledge. I am so glad I did. He has a lot of tools to try. He started me on an experimental medication that he has been involved with and has been studying. He provided the medication as well. He organized the appropriate laboratory work eight theee in his beautiful office. My feet are completely healed. The best they have been in 17 years! His office is outstanding. The efficiency is top notch. I will never see another doctor for my general dermatology issues. He will find an answer!! Thanks Dr. Foreman for your expertise.

I have been suffering with chronic dermatitis for years visiting with various dermatologists around the country with insignificant and temporary results. After a recent flare up that was painful and unsightly, I made an appointment with Dr. Seth Forman. After an examination, he confidently said, "I can clear that up." He prescribed an antibiotic and began a regimen of Dupixent. Within one week my skin began to clear up and I was feeling better. Staff very unprofessional Had a biopsy of a suspicious spot on leg Never got a phone call regarding an outcome Area never healed went to another dermatologist, to get a second opinion received a 2nd biopsy Turned out to be squamous cell Do not go here if you want to be treated by a competent Doctor

I have been impressed from day one. Dr. Forman knows his job and the history behind psoriasis better than any dermatologist I have encountered. After my psoriasis stopped reacting to the latest of medicines, Dr. Forman recommended I try the Clinical Trials and I have been so impressed. I had over 25% coverage and after my first injection, I cleared. After my second injection, the joint pain subsided. I am very pleased with the Professionalism his staff conveys. They are all extremely caring and professional. I do HIGHLY recommend this office, staff, and Dr. for anyone suffering or who may just want cosmetic skin care.

Very Disorganized, staff get appointment mixed up, diagnostic are very confusing and also bogus, they recommend Radiology when not needed, billing is always wrong and needs to be checked, recommend to seek other dermatologist for your need. I extremely disapprove.

Dr. Forman is the Best! Totally awesome experience with the Doctor and his staff. I had multiple BCC and he addressed each one with expertise and kindness. I had treatments twice a week for 5 weeks on my nose and neck . I was so happy that I did not have to have them surgically excised. His laser / radiation treatment goes to the epidermis only. Great results! Totally amazing. It actually made the scar I had from another Dr. removing it surgically, go away completely! Dr Forman listened to me and was responsive to all my questions and concerns, He was gentle and kind. Every one of the staff members were kind and attentive! Don't let anyone cut you! Make an appointment with Dr. Forman first! They offer alternatives for BCC and other skin problems. They offer many other products and procedures to Beautify our skin! My husband and I both go to this office and couldn’t be more pleased. My husband has had excellent care from Dr Forman and trusts him completely. I usually see Heather and am extremely happy with her. She has given me excellent care. She is there Monday’s and Fridays right now but I am hoping her days will expand. Absolutely recommend this office.

I highly recommend Jennifer for injections and fillers. She is gentle, kind and patient. She was awesome. Her assistant was extremely supportive. When it was over, I saw immediate results. I will tell anyone who will listen what a GREAT JOB they did. I am so happy with my results.

Dr. Forman is very caring, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He found a couple of moles I didn't think were a big deal, and removed them immediately. One was on my face and there wasn't any scar at all. I was surprised how deep they went. Test results were fast and I was very relieved he caught them in time. Highly recommend Dr. Seth Forman for your Dermatology needs.
