Dr. Seth Gerald Friedman, MD

I was referred to Dr. Friedman by my primary care doctor. However it took more than a week to secure an appointment which is two months away. Also, I had a very difficult time with staff checking my insurance, despite multiple calls from me and from my insurance company. Office staff is rude and demeaning, talking down to patients and very disorganized. The ball got dropped by at least two different associates in checking my insurance and making my appointment. The supervisor was rude and spoke down to me. Staff claimed they did not receive my insurance information despite my giving it on at least two different occasions and my insurance company also providing it to them. When I confronted staff and the office manager about this they spoke as if I was not telling the truth, which greatly annoyed me. The doctor may be fine or excellent but I would not recommend this office only for the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the office staff.

Excellent in all aspect of medical practice and patient relationships. I got thorough examinations every visits.Plenty of time checking everything, physical exams, history & answeres my questions and concerns. Very professional. I am always seen on time as scheduled. The office environment and staffs, especially his Medical Assistant so pleasant and know what they are doing.

Great provider however office manager and assistant office manager have attitudes.

Nice doctor. Office bills for procedures not done. Very difficult to get an appointment. Had to wait over two months for intial appointment.

Again, like other doctor's offices here that are run as a train station ticket terminal, there's is nothing wrong with the doctor, but majority of employees in the office of this practice have no manners, no patience, and are just looking to get rid of patients and their issues in the easiest most expeditious way possible. They have an attitude, and if you have an issue or an emergency, they are becoming increasingly difficult to work with and gain cooperation from for the patient. It is extremely close to the point where I'm ready to go elsewhere, and it's not because of the doctor, but the practice. There are too many doctor's office practices like this in this area, it's like an epidemic of rudeness toward patients.

First time I met Dr. Friedman. He performed a biopsy in his office and explained everything thoroughly the whole way thru. It was done on a wednesday afternoon and he called back friday afternoon to give me piece of mind that everything was ok.
