Dr. Ruggles and his staff are excellent communicatiors with positive attitudes. He takes the time necessary to listen, explain treatment options, provide treatment, and explain what course of action I should take going forward.

Staff is always friendly and professional, but just like an old fashioned doctor office where they know your name and will speak to you as a person, not just a money maker coming through the door.Dr. Ruggles is very easy to talk with and does not get upset or annoyed if you use plain english to describe symtoms. He does not tejust give you a pill and send you on the way, he will include you in the treatment and make sure you understand what is being done.All the nurses also act as if you are the most important person in their office.
