The absolute worst doc I’ve ever seen. Came to the Mayo Clinic with c diff (didn’t know it yet obviously), and he sent me home with a recommendation to eat “10-15 Imodium a day”. Coulda died. Condescending jerk on top of it all. Stay FAR away.

This man should not be allowed to have a medical license and should never be allowed to deal with patients ever. He should also not be teaching future doctors how to treat their patients, he has no bedside manner. He wasted my one time opportunity at Mayo to find out what is wrong with me after a year of being sick. He was a condescending jerk both towards myself and also the Intern who was in the room. My ideas of Mayo's greatness are gone, if these are the doctors they employee, they won't be great for long. He needs to be FIRED!

Warning. This doctor only orders a lot of test. You need to call several times for getting results. He diagnosed me with "irritable bowel" eventhough I was found to later have microscopic colitis at the University of Wisconsin . Would not have wasted my time in seeing him if only I knew

Dr. Sweester did an EGD that was ordered for me I don't have the results yet BUT he was very friendly and this was my 4th EGD in a little over a year and it was by far the best one I have ever had it was painless not even a sore throat and he even took a few biopsies and NO pain! I am pleased with him and how everything went as I was terrified of the scope since my last few did not go well.

Saw Dr Sweatser, he was more interested in interpreting my tests than actually listing to me. Ive switched doctors since.
