Dr. Seth Tuwiner, MD

Dr. Tuwiner is an AMAZING doctor. He was very pleasant, caring and understanding. He showed that he cared about my health concerns and took the time to listen and explain and really made me feel that he cares and wants to help me. THNAK YOU Dr. Tuwiner!

I had the worst experience ever with this guy. I personally think that he is prejudice and racist. People be aware. He acts as if he’s helping you in your face but that is not the case. Find someone who genuinely cares about treatment. Not passing judgment like this guy.

My husband was hospitalized in the Spring of 2018. Upon my husband's release, I was encouraged to follow up with a neurologist as soon as possible. The attending neurologist at the hospital was fine, but I had no means of comparison as this was our first need for neurological care. Though other doctors could see us sooner, Dr. Tuwiner's name had surfaced repeatedly each time the subject of a neurologist had come up. I looked at his reviews, which were very good. Though we had to wait a few days longer to see Dr. Tuwiner for the initial visit vs. the previous attending neurologist and other neurologists, the wait was worth it. I liked him from the very first visit, and this is unusual. Doctors either grow on me, or I don't go back for a second visit. This doctor, Dr. Tuwiner, is courteous (not at all abrupt like some doctors I have encountered), patient (very important when dealing with neurological patients), compassionate, empathic, easy to talk to (and he listens!), and thorough. In… regard to "housekeeping", it has been easy to schedule appointments, the doctor has been on time for our appointments, and his staff is great, too. I highly recommend Dr. Tuwiner and his team.

Dr. Tuwiner and his staff are extremely professional, very personable, kind and caring. During our interaction with Dr. Tuwiner, I definitely felt that we were in capable and talented "hands!" We are blessed to have found such a great neurologist in Loudoun County!

Dr. Tuwiner was helpful and kind, very personable! I felt comfortable right away, which is rare in a doctors office. I worked primarily with Sandy after my appointment when it came to fulfilling my prescription, and she fought my insurance company all week long (literally, i can't imagine how many calls she made!) to ensure that I got the correct meds that Dr. Tuwiner knew I needed. She was SO patient, helpful, kind, and ultimately achieved what we needed. I'm so thankful that she was willing to take the time and energy to fight for me! Because of her efforts and Dr. Tuwiner's experience, I'm now saving almost $100 every month on my migraine meds, and have a medication that works even better than the last dr. i saw prescribed! I'd highly recommend their office if you're in need of a neurologist!

Dr Tuwiner is Excellent and very caring. He is very knowledgeable and very astute at the issues I have. Though I am not a fan of a clinical diagnosis I trust him very much.

He didn't seem to care much. Was not warm and friendly. I will not go back ever.

I was had a head injury while at work and my work comp company sent me to see Dr. Tuwiner. After ordering a bunch of stuff, he diagnosed me with a traumatic brain injury. My wife said that explained a lot! Dr. Tuwiner was amazing and got me on a good treatment plan. It is hard when you can't function like you used to and since you don't look sick, people didn't believe me at times. The doctor listened to me and took my symptoms seriously. Thanks to you and your staff for great care.

I have encountered countless doctors and specialists as a nurse in a hospital, and I can honestly say that Dr. Tuwiner has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've interacted with as a patient or a nurse. Despite his extensive qualifications, he manages to explain diagnoses and test results in an approachable way that is not at all condescending. He seems to genuinely care for his patients and never seems to be in a rush during appointments, allowing plenty of time to answer patient questions. I am truly impressed by Dr. Tuwiner and would recommend him to anyone needing a neurologist's services. His office staff is also very professional, friendly, and efficient.
