Scam. Hes not trust worthy just wants a check from the employer. His license should be taken away ASAP.

This Dr is nothing but a scam for companies to deny your workers comp claim. Does not tell the truth of express the facts of your exam .

Was examined by this doctor for a workman's comp case. He states in his report that I have full range of motion. What this doctor didn't report was me complaining of pain during the exam. It would have been more objective if he had stayed "full range of motion with pain". He also contradicts himself. He states that he agrees with the other doctors who had examined me before, but then pushes my claim on another injury I had previously encountered. He gave me a percentage of virtually nothing. Of course he would. He works for businesses, not for people. Companies should be ashamed for engaging him because he is not out to give fair compensation to suffering people. I don't know how he can sleep at night. I guess people without conscience can.

This Dr. is a Joke! Lies to your face and then says another in your notes! He only cares about the check he must be receiving from companies rather then the ppl who are in pain and suffer everyday for putting in a hard day at work at these companies! I DO NOT Recommend this clown dressed as a “dr”. Please go somewhere else!!!

I seen this doctor in the Dayton office in Kettering. I was the last patient of the day and thought I would end up being there forever. I walked in filled out some stuff and was taken right back to a room where there was a very friendly nurse that asked me some questions and normal stuff like meds and such and about my accident. Shortly after she left with my paperwork the Doctor came in asked me some questions did an exam and I enjoyed how soft spoken and calm he was didn't seem uptight like some of the others that I had seen. I was pleased with my visit. I even thought it was nice that he walked me out the door at the end of my appointment . Very Personal! Monica C.

I feel he gave a fair exam , he was repectful , I ask questions he ansered them . He spent time with me , he was running behind but he spent a long time with me. I think people lie so much it is hard to tell who is real in this type of situation . His staff was great and friendly . I was explained each question and they never told me what to say or not. I think he has a hard job . I am thankful he helped me get my claim settled. Brenda

He exists to reject your injury claim. If you must see him, prepare for two hours of cross examination and a waste of your time and effort!!!

This man disgusts me. He wrote a report on me after my company hired him that was a complete lie and has really affected my life and my health. His false 'opinion' is in complete contrast to what my orthopedic surgeon, general practitioner, Chiropractor and Neurosurgeon says. Bottom line is he can be bought and has ZERO integrity. He doesn't care how what he does or says can ruin a life. He took an oath as a Doctor to do no harm and to help those that are hurting and he couldn't have done anything more opposite and more harmful to my life. Beware of someone who truly doesn't care about his patients, only his wallet. Stay away.

I have an injury that has left me debilitated. Two other doctors have said this is a life long injury that I will not likely ever recover from. My company uses him as a workers comp doctor and he basically said I was fine. I was very active before my injury and now cannot exercise, pick up my kids or be in the car for a long period of time. This has taken a toll on me physically, mentally and financially. I understand people take advantage of workers comp. However, companies should not be allowed to hire doctors like this to lie. He does not realize the effect this can have on an individual / family that TRULY have an injury. Because of his falsified report, I am unable to get my treatment approved and therefore continue to suffer both physically and financially. Please avoid Dr Vogelstein, he does not deserve to be a doctor.
