The office staff is horrible!! They do not care and are only concerned with profits. They treat you as a number. They canceled a surgery day before and failed to send records to disability. No surgery and no income. Very unhappy with them. It’s too bad because Dr and PAs are great.

I have a list of 4 doctors on my dream team who didn’t mess up on me. Dr Zeidman has preformed several surgeries on me and I recovered faster and with less than than other simpler surgeries. He is by far the best. He is not one to waste your or his time in idle conversation He is by far very skilled and precise and I must say enabled me to walk without pain. Thank you Dr Zeidman when I needed you. There is a plaque in his office a patient had made for him. “For the Doctor who can walk on water “(something like that) and it’s true

Dr Zeidman is the best ! I wouldn’t see anyone else

I regret having chosen this practice to handle my back. I have great admiration for Drs. Zeidman, AKkerman, and NP Cindy but the front office staff is horrible to the core. They give the practice an awe full reputation and somebody needs to address this sooner or later. I had a pre-Op appointment, realized that some charges on my visits were erroneous and the moment I requested an explanation the one pregnant practice manager came and demanded that I leave the facility or else she would call police on me. She slam-shut the window on me and had my appointment for the day cancelled even though my provider was pleading to have them check me in. I wish there was a better way to see these wonderful providers without the hustle of dealing with this mean and awful practice manager. I hope nobody else had to go through what I went through today.

I just love Dr Zeidman....I would not let anyone else do surgery on me ...Liz staff is awesome too...Especially Emily & Nate
