Dr. Song is wonderful

Dr. Song has been my girls' pediatrician since they were infants. They are both young teens currently. Dr. Song has always been very thorough in her examinations, whether it routine, or due to illness. I feel very confident in her technical knowledge and trust her recommendations. All the while, she is kind, and genuinely interested in each child and her well-being. She asks lots of questions and is a good listener, to both the patient, as well as to me, the parent.

Dr. Song has been our pediatrician for years. I LOVE HER. The kids enjoy seeing her as well. She listens to any concerns and has always taken the time with my children. She is an excellent doctor and tries to talk to my children and get to know them. I love her laughter as well. She is very kind and caring and dedicated and healthcare needs more quality doctors like her. She has even called us at home when we have left a question for the nurse. We live out of town and will drive to Greenville just to see Dr. Song. Feel very happy that I have found someone that cares, remembers our history and is very thorough.

Dr. Song has been our pediatrician for our son since birth. He was born with a birth defect, which has required some hospitalizations and surgeries. Although our surgeon is in another state, Dr. Song has been able to keep all of his health care team in the loop with his health status. You can tell she loves her job! Working as a nurse myself, I see physicians all of the time who just don't put the effort into making sure families and patients are in the know. My son is 16 months old and he always smiles and laughs with her as she checks him out. She's always smiling and makes you feel welcome. I have never had any issue with any of the staff within her group! They have always been able to get my little guy in when he's sick within a few hours of me calling. We even had a scare back in Dec of this past year where my little guy was very, very sick. Dr. Song was out of the office that day, but one of her partners saw him immediately and took excellent care of him, even though… she wasn't our regular pediatrician. He was actually directly admitted to the hospital for bronchitis and ended up spending the weekend in the hospital. During that time frame, Dr. Song called and checked on him, even though she wasn't the physician on call. Not only did she call, but so did the pediatrician who directly admitted him, and someone from the group came in to see him. This went above and beyond their call of duty, as they weren't his PCP in the hospital. When I asked them about this, they said they just wanted to make sure he was feeling better and that they were just worried about him! How many doctors ever do that!! Not many!! You can't go wrong with anyone in Dr. Songs group in my opinion, but we LOVE her!!!

Wonderful Dr. We had to move to another state and I tried 2 or 3 different DR's but I never felt that I had the same care and attention until we moved back to South Carolina and got Dr. Song again. She remembers every detail about all your chidren and goes over and above to make you feel like you are her only patient. I have NEVER felt rushed in her office and always felt like I had ample time to discuss concerns and talk to her about anything. She is one in a million!

Dr. SOng has always been caring and warm with me and my children. Not only taking an interest in them but our whole family. Even though this is a pediactric office I still feel like she cares about the well being of ewveryone on our family, not just my children. She has worked wonders with my daughter as she is no longer scared to visit her anymore and actually "waves hello" every time we pass the office.
