Dr. Shabana Rasheed, MD

Had an urgent situation happen and Dr Rasheed was very responsive. She followed up and ensured a clear path to recovery. I’m sure she is very busy but took the time to reach out.

Best doctor in town still caring for the people. Please do not believe the fake low ratings given by some in this forum, they are given by those pressuring the doctor for unethical drugs and when the doctor rightly refuses them, they attack the doctor and try to ruin their lives. I have personally been to this doctors office many times and I have only witnessed genuine care and kind professional service. Sometimes the wait could be more than you anticipated but that's normal with many doctors' offices. They try to give every patient genuine care and service and it takes time. Its not a quick lube shop for god's sake.

I have been a patient for a few years. Dr. Rasheed is an excellent doctor. However, no matter what staff she has in rotation, they are ALWAYS rude, never answer the phone, dont return phone calls, mess up prescriptions and paperwork. I can go months without calling and when I do they never answer the phone. I'm convinced my number has been blocked. It should not be this complicated .

3- 5 hour wait appointment at 1 she took a 230 before me sit in the room waiting 1 hour or more miss diagnosised she stero typed me too much time clueless but doesn't listen she likes to write you off to antoher dr instead of doing her job
