Dr. Shabiha Zaidi, MD

Extremely unprofessional doctor and practice. Doctor is rude and their billing practices are horrible. Bills are sent even after making payments with no one knowing what’s going on and the office transferring you here and there.

I would recommend Dr. Zaidi to anyone looking for a new PCP. Her staff is professional, her office neat and clean, and she truly cares about each and every patient.

I am not sure what this person is talking about . I am currently a patient and has been seen multiple times despite being late . You just have to call and let them know you are running late . I personally believe the staff is very professional and courteous. Mary

Do not go to this office the staff is very unprofessional I was late 5min to my appointment in which I was very sick and they told me I had to reschedule my appointment and there was no other patients even in the office they just wanted to go to lunch Instead if taking care of their patients. Also when scheduling appointments the staff always keeps making continuous mistakes of not scheduling the right day and time when you show up for your appointment your not even on the schedule. The Dr does not exam correctly or seem to care for patients as if she is turning patients away and does not even have emergency spots available for patients if they get sick I strongly advise to go to a different practice and Dr and staff and Dr have no idea how to run a practice and Dr office I will be reporting this office as i have been a patient and this is continued to happen do yourself a favor and find a great doctor and staff that cares for their patients not just there to get paid.

I have been to this doctor but trust me its waste of time. Always ask to make another appointments so they can send unnecessary bills to your insurance for each visit. Doctor is always in rush. Prescribe unnecessary test even if you have no symptoms of that specific test and claim extra money from your insurance again. This clinic is money making business not really helpful at all. Nurse is rude too on phone.

I am glad I found her ,now my immediate as well my extended family see her . Very honest to her profession and is ready to work with your complaints no matter what .

She would have to be one of the most unprofessional doctors i know she yells at her employees infront of customers she refuses to treat walkins. If you have no insurance card with you she will charge every visit and not nicotiate with you at all. Definetly bad doctor do not recommend.
