I love Dr.Cheriyath! She has been my PCP for almost three years and i love the relationship we have established, i can be open and honest with her without being judged. I have nothing but positive experiences with her!

I have been going to this practice for many years and wasn't thrilled with my previous practitioner either but at least she was polite and took the time to listen at times. Dr. Cheriyath is short , rude , will cut you off mid sentence, i have even got an eye roll . Makes you come in just to talk to take your co pay . She never takes what you have to say even though its your own body serious and dosent listen at all !!! The office is horrible !! So rude , they do not listen either and they treat you as if you were a bother . I called a few weeks ago and told them i needed an apt to see her and it was kind of important . They told me she was too busy and couldn't see me for 3 days and said she couldn't call me in an antibiotic and to go to urgent care if it was that important . But when your not sick and you need to talk you have to come in ??? Seems like an odd way to practice ..... Stay away !!!

This doctor has been horrible. I’ve been going to the same office for almost 20 years. My original doctor was O’Conner, then Wendell. They were both wonderful. Dr Cheriyath is horrible. She seems annoyed when you have an appointment. She refused to follow the same treatment plan as my previous doctors. She wants you to take lots of expensive tests for no reason. She will rush in the room and talk for 2 minutes before she leaves with your head spinning. If you want to refill a prescription you are going to have to make an expensive appointment so she can make some extra money. STAY AWAY! I wish I could give ZERO stars!

Wants to do everything her way even though you know exactly what is needed disagrees with everything my long term Doctor has done. Love to send for all kinds unnecessary tests for nothing. Loves to tell you your fat but not happy that you quit smoking which made me fat. Hello Horrible considering leaving Umass and going to fallon have had it with her attitude.

Nasty nasty nasty witch of a person. Couldn’t care less about the care and we’ll bring if her patients. She should find a new profession. Too bad Durgin Park closed.

I have been going to see Dr. Cheriyath for approximately 3 years since my PCP retired. Since I have been seeing her she has been very attentive to all my needs. She is very through during all my visit. I never feel rushed or brushed off. She explains everything in terms that I can understand. I would recommend her to anyone.

She gives the impression that she's above her lowly patients and talks to you as if you're a fool. She actually rolled her eyes up when I made a suggestion about what was a better way for me to taper off of a medication. Her answer was Prozac. No thanks and see ya later

I too became a patient of Dr. Cheriyath because she took over the practice of my long time PCP when she moved. I went in to see her because I was coughing, wheezing and was short of breath. This is not too uncommon for me as I have asthma. My normal course of treatment is a short course of steroids and using my regularly prescribed inhaler. She rushed into the room, took no time at all to listen to my concerns and then proceeded to tell me all of my issues are related to my being overweight. She blamed 3 or 4 things on my weight although I am active and healthy otherwise! She told me that I had to go see a pulmonologist for my wheezing as well as a cardiologist for I have no idea what. Needless to say she prescribed no steroids saying I didn't need them, and about a week later I had them prescribed because my wheezing was no better. They did the trick. She didn't care about me as a patient or a person, she was rude, and it seemed she thought I was wasting her time. I now have… a new PCP that I love. Do not go to this doctor!

Very thorough, personable and professional. Easy to talk to and very attentive.
