Dr. Shadi M Fahs

Every office visit went quickly. Staff were friendly. The surgery went remarkably well and I never required any pain meds once I got home from the hospital. Doctor Fahs explained everything and was very willing to answer my questions. This is one where, though everything went well, I hope I never need to use him again. But if I need surgery, I'll be visiting Dr. Fahs first.

I had a small lump in my body. I was referred to him. He did my surgery, and I ended with permanent draining area. He has to refer me to a different surgeon, because he was unable to fix what he did to me. He has a very bad bed side manners with no respect to his patient.

As soon as you walk into the office, the staff is very welcoming. The receptionist with the highlights in her hair is always there. She is quick, welcoming, bright and funny. She always greets the patients with a smile, which immediately allows you to connect with the staff. The doctor himself is knowledgable and intelligent in the specialty that he works in. He makes having surgery sound like a breeze. When he reviews results with you, he really knows how to make you not panic. Let me tell you one thing, the doctor is surely handsome!!!!!!!!! He's young, clean cut, with well hygiene, and a positive happy attitude when coming into the room. The appointments are always squeezed in, even the same day. The office staff there is one of a kind. The highlighted hair receptionist always reminds me of my appointments, answers questions about my insurance, and answers their after hours cell line, even in the middle of the night. If you want A+ treatment, a great doctor, nice staff, and the best… recovery, Dr. Shadi Fahs is the one to see!

I had laparoscopic surgery performed on me by Dr. Fahs. Let me just say that I will never let anyone I know see another general surgeon besides him again! He is highly intelligent in his field of work, super friendly and kind, and really cares about his patients. And to top it all off, he is such an excellent and meticulous surgeon. I have never had such wonderful treatment from any other doctor. Also, his office staff is just amazing. They are super warm and welcoming and will bend over backwards to make sure the patients are satisfied. They are extremely friendly and kind. Nour and Zara will make you feel at ease and always have a beautiful smile on their face. If you need general surgery performed, this is the guy to see!!!!

Dr. Fahs performed abdominal surgery on me, in which he found an enlarged lymphnode, which turned out to be lymphoma. He referred me to an excellent oncologist, sat with me and my family for part of the initial visit with the oncologist. In the hospital after the surgery, he saw me every day - even came in late on a Sun. night to see how I was doing (after he got back from being out of town)and remove the drainage tube that was going down my throat into the abdominal area. He put my port in for my chemo, and removed it when I was done w/chemo. Now I see him every year for a follow up colonoscopy to make sure the cancer hasn't returned. He is an excellent doctor, and a very caring person. I will be forever grateful to him.
