Dr. Shadi Omidi, MD

Dr. Shadi Omidi was not very respectful towards my wife’s decision to not accept blood during her delivery of our daughter last week. She said terrible things and refused to listen to us about using alternatives. She did not seem competent as a doctor due to her not knowing what a cell salvage machine was or after accidentally cutting blood vessels in my wife said she did not feel competent to fix the issue and called another specialist who got stuck in traffic. Afterwards when updating me on what happened, she did not apologize for the level of disrespect she had for me and my wife. We have filed a formal complaint against this doctor. I strongly would advise to seek another physician.

My wife has seen Dr. Omidi on several occasions, and I had the pleasure of accompanying her on two of those visits. I found Dr. Omidi to be friendly, a good listener, and someone who is genuinely concerned with her patients. I highly recommend her.

My wife is having a difficult high risk pregnancy. Dr. Omidi has been treating us like family and she is always so responsive/caring. Dr. Omidi always addresses our concerns about my wife's fibroids very patiently with a smile on her face. Another very important quality we have noticed in Dr. Omidi is that she is on top of all the to-dos for my wife as she (Dr. Omidi) sometimes personally calls my wife to ensure she has not missed an important lab test/exam or appointment. She is a highly knowledgeable and informative obgyn, who will put your concerns at ease. My wife and I highly recommend her. You will be in good hands:)

Dr. Omidi is a skilled gentle surgeon. I couldn't even find the incision or feel any discomfort; even though she had just performed a hysterectomy.

Dr. Omidi and her staff were amazing. She took her time and answered all of my questions and even got back to me right away about one question that I forgot to ask her during my appointment. Her nurse was understanding and loving towards my toddlers who had to come with me because I did not have childcare that day. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Omidi and her staff.
