I feel so grateful to have found Dr. Seraji for my ovarian cystectomy and endometriosis excision surgery. She is a true professional and expert in minimally invasive gynecological surgery and endometriosis. She and her team helped me prepare for surgery and really understand what I was going through. Her team was accommodating and human, not just going through the motions. Dr. Seraji herself is so conscientious and thorough, and I would recommend her to anyone going through what I went through. She's also connected me to other incredible providers, which meant a lot. Forever grateful to Dr. Seraji and her team.

Dr. Seraji is an outstanding surgeon. The office staff made scheduling completely seamless, and the medical care was top-tier. My robotic hysterectomy was highly complex due to very large fibroids, but Dr. Seraji’s advanced skill with the robotic system ensured a flawless outcome. They explained everything clearly beforehand, putting all my anxieties to rest. Despite the challenges of the procedure, my recovery has been incredibly smooth. I am deeply grateful for Dr. Seraji's exceptional talent and highly recommend them to anyone facing a complex surgery.

If I could give no stars I would. My daughter had an appointment with Dr. Seraji on Wednesday, August 20th at 3:20 pm. She was told when she got to her appointment that she was not able to see the Dr, that she should go back to the GYN who she originally saw. She explained she no longer had the same insurance and moved to NY, and needed to use her NY Insurance. The medical secretary Rhea to Dr. Seraji violated HIPAA as she spoke of her medical history in the waiting room with other patients listening to the conversation. My daughter asked to speak privately and was told no. She has been in pain and already had surgery to remove the endometriosis, which is why I scheduled the appointment with this specialist. I have already called and put in a complaint with NY LANGONE'S patient relations department, also filing with EVERY department that deals with HIPAA violations and will advocate for my daughter to the fullest extent. This Dr should not be turning away patients no matter what the… situation. I will not let this go until they are fined for HIPAA violations.

I was referred to Dr. Seraji by another doctor. When I went to see her she was very thorough and kind which I loved. I felt comfortable discussing my concerns with her. I had to get a hysterectomy which she performed and it was amazing. Went to see her for my post-op she and I was happy with the results. Excellent care, highly recommend.

I am extremely grateful for Dr. Seraji. Both Dr. Seraji and her Senior Medical Secretary, Rhea, have been nothing but professional and caring. For the past two years, I struggled to find a gynecologist who could help me manage my endometriosis pain. After years of having my pain dismissed and minimized by other doctors, I began to believe I would just have to live with it. At my partner’s urging, I decided to see Dr. Seraji, and it was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Seraji was professional, knowledgeable, and truly listened to all my concerns. As an expert in endometriosis, she provided insights and treatment options far beyond what any other gynecologist had offered. Rhea was also incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive when handling scheduling and any necessary changes. I scheduled a robotic laparoscopy with Dr. Seraji, but due to a family emergency, she had to postpone the surgery. Rhea promptly reached out to me and recommended a trusted colleague who could perform… the procedure if I didn’t want to wait. After meeting with the colleague, I ultimately felt more comfortable with Dr. Seraji and decided to wait for her return. When I contacted her office, I was reassured that she would be able to perform the surgery once she was back. To my surprise, Dr. Seraji personally called me the day after her return to check on me, discuss the procedure, and address any new concerns. She also arranged for her mentor and colleague, Dr. Farr R. Nezhat, to assist in case of complications. The surgery took place on February 19th. Both doctors checked on me beforehand, reviewed the plan, and answered any remaining questions, which put me at ease. Their care, compassion, and expertise made all the difference. My recovery has gone very well so far, and I can already feel a drastic improvement in my pain levels. I am incredibly grateful and would highly recommend Dr. Seraji to anyone suffering from endometriosis or struggling to find the right care with other gynecologists. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Seraji and her team for not only giving me hope but also helping me regain a quality of life I thought I had lost.

As a healthcare worker I am very discriminating with who I trust my health with, I look for skill, experience and overall expertise in whatever field is needed, with Dr Seraji I have not only found that , but have Also gained an exemplary physician to my care team. My first meeting with Dr Seraji I was a bit nervous, new physician and all that but after a few moments of talking , I knew I was in good hands She truly cares about her pts well being and comes up with care plans that keep that in mind. I needed a procedure and she walked me through it all and true to her word everything went well She is a human being.A mother,wife, daughter, caregiver who throughout it all treats her pts with the upmost respect,a wonderful Doctor and even greater woman.

Dr. Seraji has been pivotal in the diagnosis and treatment of my Endometriosis. After seeing a number of other physicians that left me hanging with no answers she was the only one the fought for my proper diagnosis and treatment. So grateful to have her as a provider on my team. Any concerns she’s quick to respond through the portal w in an hour. Also she’s worked hand in hand w another specialist on my team to determine the safest treatment options for my case. Dr. Shadi Seraji is PHENOMENAL. She is very professional, caring and extremely thorough. In addition, she has wonderful bedside manners. Dr. Seraji preformed my Vaginal myomectomy, endometrial curettage, hysteroscopy procedure, and she did a great job. Since I met her, she explained the process step by step and explained everything to me before the procedure. Dr. Seraji made me feel very comfortable and at ease about the procedure . I recovered quickly with no issues. Most importantly, she is very accessible. You contact her and she will call you back in less than 24hrs. Thus far, I recommend her and give her 5+ stars ??
