Don't waste your time. This Dr is incompetent. Will not return phone calls, just wants to have you keep coming back for tests, unfortunately he was running tests on the wrong area of my body. He even sent me for an MRI for the wrong part of my back. Only after did I realize it, and when i called the office all the receptionists could say was Sorry. Dr Never called ...unbelievable. So my insurance paid for an MRI that was not needed and i was exposed to unnecessary radiation.

Horrible Doctor ! Cruel and uncaring will tell you how you feel from an injury not interested in your imput .

How can a Dr tell you there's nothing wrong with you when I have 25 years of tests and procedures to validate my issues? I'm in pain everyday and he was cold and rude. He has no compassion shouldn't be in this field.

Dr Wani is an A plus - excellent all the way. However, the staff is below average. Extremely high turnover which results in axiety for the patience. Average staff member last less than 6 months.

Dr. Wani himself is a very sweet man, very gentle, and I don't feel intimidated to ask him questions. However, I don't feel he was completely open to me about my treatment. He told me he wanted me to have trigger point therapy and to get an MRI. I find out through his staff that I need an EMG and another test, and this was where I started to lose my trust. He also just told me what the MRI said instead of going over it with me the same way I've had doctors go over x-rays with me. The staff were pretty nasty to me - made appointments without consulting me, after the second time this happened and I confronted them I was told that they record all of their phone conversations and that I was the one being rude, and in general they continued to be hostile towards me. Add on the fact that the tests they wanted me to take are only given once a week and in a time frame that I cannot meet and every time I have went to see this doctor I have waited over 20 minutes for each appointment (and no… apology for this, I'm just supposed to lie back and accept this, despite the fact my appointments are only a half an hour after they open), my faith in this practitioner is lost and I will never return. I urge anyone looking for a neurologist to look elsewhere.

Abusive doctor , completely unprofessional. Complete misdiagnosis, extremely rude. Never see him please!!

I was treated by Shafi Wani years ago. And for many years I was over medicated by this doctor. I was being given the wrong medication and extremely high doses, for the wrong type of condition that I had. For years I was like a vegetable, and was forced to quit my high paying job and go on disability. I have never been the same since being in his care. All thanks to this doctors care. He basically took away my entire life. How do you recover that?

I have been seeing the doctor for 10 years ..His is the best doctor i have ever seen . He is so knowable and has helped me throw a very pain full life . What out him I just don't know what i would do

Horrible Office, find another doctor. The office staff is rude and treats patients poorly. With an appointment, I waited over 2 hours. This doctor is very impressed with himself and does not give his patients the consideration and respect that they deserve.

You yelled at your patient and called him a bum and took his 300 bucks!! your the bum steeling from people in pain.. oh wait its in his head..
