Dr. Shah Nawaz, MD

I only had my initial consultation with him and it was awful, he did not listen to most of what I said and even asked me to get an evaluation at another location. The other place asked why I was there because everything they did for me was well within Dr. Nawaz's reach and his apathy wasted my time, wasted another doctor's time, and left a bad taste in my mouth for the entire field since it was my first ever visit with and mental health professional. Avoid this hack like the plague!

A very astute, compassionate doctor. The best psychiatrist I've seen so far and I've seen a motley group. I feel very comfortable and very much at ease with him.

I have seen psychiatrists on a regular basis for the last 20 years. Dr. Nawaz is by far the kindest, most respectful, doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He always took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He has a very gentle and polite demeanor. He always treated me with respect and dignity. Unfortunately, I am no longer living in the area and I certain I will never come across such a great doctor, as Dr. Nawaz. He is one of kind.

I kept telling him, I don't want to be prescribed new medications, but he insisted I give them a try. Im now stuck on Invega cause of this jerk. Do yourself a favor doc, go back to med school and actual look at clinical trials and research the side-effects of the drugs, you prescribe. You clearly heard about the huge lawsuits across the US, involving Invega and gynecomastia.

He is an above and beyond exceptional doctor! So very grateful to have him in our family's life!
