He doesn't prescribe birth control. I am a new patient. I asked for a refill to get me through until I find a gyno in town (I just moved to Springfield.) He refused. A doctor who does not use all the tools in his arsenal is an amateur. He's not even a doctor, in my opinion. Does anyone really want an amateur in charge of their health? His PA, Dr Ellison, wasn't bad, though

I saw Dr. Shams today as a new patient. He took his time, was personable, and left me feeling like my concerns were important. I left with a very good first impression.

I had to get a new doctor. Dr. Shams took me on as a new patient. He is extremely thorough and an excellent diagnostician. He has taken excellent care of me.

very poor customer care and service by nursing staff; hard to reach and usually when one does get a hold of a nurse they are rude and grouchy
