I've been to many different psychiatrists in the past and didn't click with any and felt like I wasn't understood. I really love this doctor and I'm glad I found her. I've been seeing her for over a year now

THE WORST !!!! DO NOT GO TO HER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ! SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENSE

Horrible is the only word I have for this "doctor" I am no longer a patient and am grateful for small miracles, I only started seeing her because she was the first doctor to call back that took my insurance. I always left her office feeling worse then when I walked in, thankfully I changed insurance and found a wonderful doctor. I always had to wait ATLEAST 45 minutes, she never apologized for being late however had a sign on her door about fees for the patient being late. BEWARE!!

This is the worse psychiatrist I've had. She doesn't seem to care, doesn't ask questions or give information or words of encouragement. She really offended me by questioning my diagnosis and saying maybe I'm not depressed that's just the way I am as a person. I was totally disgusted she would downplay how I feel because she couldn't figure out how to help me. I never felt comfortable with her ever. Only reason I kept going because I couldn't find anyone else. Then don't get me started on appointments and waiting time. You can wait 30-45 mins after your appointment time to be seen because she's double booked. The waiting area is always full so she's not concentrated on you. You can't call to make or change an appointment because you'll never get an answer only text, which I've realized I'm not actually talking to her. There's been times we've made appointments together in person and I'll show up and the entire office is closed and they say I made a mistake. Once you miss an appointment… you can never get another which messes up your meds. I eventually stopped going because the last appointment I showed up to no one was there and she has never called me to find out what happened or why I haven't come back. Complete lack of care.

I think she takes time with her patients and cares about them. She tries to help as much as possible. She also tries to let you take control of your own treatment and just makes sure that you are doing okay.

I've been seeing this MD for the past year now, and the only reason I'm still with her is because I can't find anyone else who isn't also terrible and accepting new patients. Although I only see her once a month, I expect a certain amount of familiarity with a psychiatrist and I do not get that from her. She appears visibly skeptical when I tell her my symptoms or how the medication I'm taking works/doesnt work for me. When I asked her to expand on something I had read in a book about ADD (my diagnosis), she told me she had no idea. She often spends more time going over payment history than treatment, and only half listens to my answers (to her questions) because she is on her computer/ipad looking up my payment history. She double books, so her method of calling patients in with her is "who got here first?" and she often has a wait time of 20+ minutes. One evening in particular, she showed up 45 minutes late to my appointment (and there was one patient ahead of me) and she didn't even… provide a cursory, sorry for the delay. I understand a boundary between clinician and patient must exist, and that she doesnt owe us any explanations, but it would have been nice if she at least acknowledged that she had a full waiting room because she was 45 minutes late. I even have trouble getting in touch with her. Every appointment she tells me she still hasn't received payment, yet when we try to call or otherwise get in touch with her she doesn't answer the phone or call back. And then the next appointment the cycle of going over payments continues...

I've tried several psychiatrists in the past and had terrible experience..She is so caring and tries her best to help. Ive had doctors who just wrote me prescriptions and let me go but she wants to listen to what u have to say and works her best to adjust medications so your comfortable and feeling better. hands down the best doctor I have been to.

So patient, kind and understanding. Gives me hope for healing...

I texted to reschedule an appointment and get no response. I then call and no one answers, so I leave a message. No one ever calls. A few days later I call again and no one again picks up, so I leave another message. I then began looking for another doctor. One month later she finally texts if I can come tomorrow morning and reply that I have found a new doctor who I hope is more caring. She then replies "no problem take care."
