Dr. Shaheer Yousaf, MD

I have only seen Dr Yousaf a limited amount of times. The explanations he gives is very understandable and my recent phone visit with him allowed me to understand the physical properties of my spine better than any doctor I had seen in the past 25 years. Dr Yousaf did not immediately jump to surgery or injections. He examined me during my first visit and sent me for very thorough tests to confirm what he had thought. I had seen other sports doctors where they examined me and immediately said you need surgery. thanks

Dr. P, has always been wiling to share any new information that is helpful to me and my recovery. My care and time with him has been about quality care I can see that he truly care about his patient wellbeing. Thanks for being a Doctor who listen and care for his patients.

The staff is overly friendly and dr. Yousaf goes out of his way to answer all your questions and does not believe in jumping to surgery until it is a last effort. Plus he does not believe in over medicating a patient unless you need it. He goes right to the problem sit down and explains everything so you can decide what works best foe you. He treats you like a person no a number.( like you only have 15 min. With the patient he takes all the time you and he needs to help you) you don?t get that with everyone anymore.

I highly appreciate the professionalism of Dr Yousaf. He took the time to understand my problem and provided invaluable information. I did not feel like the standard patient; more like a member of the family. His approach was not "business like" but more like the patient doctor relationship of old where the doctor truly believed in being a healer. The art of healing is a calling; it is not business. It would be truly wonderful if all in the medical world would follow the this form of practice.

A visit with Dr. Yousaf is delightful,informative, and always gives me the feeling that he is concerned about solving my issues so my quality of life is the best it can be. Very compassionate healer. I recommend him often and his staff is wonderful.

Dr Yousaf explained the procedures necessary for my treatment very clearly and I have been informed and participated in the decision making throughout the process.

Doctor Yousaf is the best and so is his staff and if I would ever need help with any orthopedics care it would be the center for advanced orthopedics they are the best!
