Dr. Shahid Badar, MD

Dr.Badar is a great doctor who truly cares about his patients and takes the time to listen and not rush you out the door

I have been a patient of Dr. Badar for approx. 8 yes. He is actually a very great Dr. It does take him a long while to warm up to the patients. By that I mean he is very cautious in making sure your visit is legit and you aren't one that is visiting several Dr's in order to get meds. Who can really blame him. Very thorough in his exams, makes sure you are up to date on blood work and any necessary tests. He never makes me feel as he is rushing to get me out. He will answer all questions related to your health. If he isn't 100% certain of the answer (rare), he will research it before answering and before you leave the office. I always feel confident with his answers. If you need great medical care, see Dr. Badar. The only "problem" that I have experienced, is with the young man that works in the office. His demeanor comes across that 'you are a simple patient and I am so much better than you are'. Coupled with the fact that he doesn't forward a message(s) to the other staff, that… makes you very wary. I have learned, the hard way, to call back until I get someone else. Otherwise, you will not get a returned call, RX refills, or an appointment. No one should have to do this. As far as the rest of the staff, they are A-1 in courtesy, kindness, and professionalism.

I have been a patient of Dr. Badar for approximately 3 years. I am very happy with him. He genuinely cares about me and spends time talking with me about general life problems as well as my medical problems. I would recommened Dr. Badar to anyone that I care about as long as I feel that they will be honest with him as he is honest with me. This doctor has compassion and care for his patients ans so does his staff.
