Doctor is very good, unfortunately dealing with staff is like getting your tooth get pulled. I would hope no one have to deal with such a bad staff. Very bad experience dealing with staff, if you have a appointment good luck if you don't get a nasty rude attitude from the staff. Doctor Shahida please hire good customer service staff. Staff is very rude and do not help you when they can help you. I am determine to complain Board of Registered Nursing regulates because staff is refusing to help in proscription. Very very bad practice not to help patient on proscription drug. I have called the doctors office they are replaying with rude attitude that have pharmacy call us if they do not receive the request from us.

Baig, is a good doctor but I feel she forget thinks it took over a week to get a referral from her, staff are horrible they answer the phone like if they were at home they don't say their names or the Dr. named they need to be trained how to answer phones in a doctor office very poor staff..

Dr. Baig seems to be a good doctor, but her staff is incredibly unprofessional. She seems interested and concerned. Her staff are HORRIBLY RUDE (or at least the one that answers the phone). And of course, if you get on their wrong side, they tell you they don't have an open appointment for a week. But then go online and there are a plethora of available appointments available.

I LOVE this doctor! She actually listens and is very proactive with my heath issues.
