Dr. Shahin Ghadir, MD

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shanin Ghadir. Not only is he an incredible doctor, but he is also a truly compassionate and caring human being. From my very first appointment, he showed a genuine interest in my well-being and provided a level of support and care that is rare to find. Despite being told by others that I couldn't be helped due to my weight and age, Dr. Ghadir never gave up on me. He believed in my potential and took on my case with confidence and warmth. I went through IVF under his care, and to my amazement, it was successful the very first time! Today, I have a beautiful, healthy, exceptionally smart and happy son – something I once thought would be impossible. I owe it all to Dr. Ghadir, who gave me the greatest gift of all. His bedside manner is exceptional, and he approaches every step of the process with empathy and expertise. He is a doctor who listens, who cares, and who goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr. Ghadir truly gave me the world,… and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for a fertility specialist who is both highly skilled and profoundly kind.

After consulting other doctors about what happened in our fertility treatment with Dr a Ghadir, we found out he had brought us in for a bunch of unnecessary treatments costing us thousands of extra dollars that weren’t needed. Go elsewhere. We ended up with a beautiful baby, but I would go to a doctor you can trust

Dr. Ghadir is the best doctor ever!! Dr. Ghadir and his amazing nurses helped my husband and I through our infertility journey. This process can be scary and they were always there for us with sincere support and reassurance. I can't imagine going through this with anyone else. Dr. Ghadir is compassionate, understanding, has a great sense of humor and is a fantastic doctor!! I tell everyone I know about my positive experience with him and the entire SCRC team. We were referred to him and I am so thankful. 6 months pregnant and so excited!

My experience with Dr Shahin S Ghadir and his staff, has been one of the most wonderful experiences I could have hoped for. What stood out for me the most was, their authenticity, compassion and kindness. When my hormones were all over the place, they made me feel sane and explained exactly what was happening through the process. I am going to miss everyone, especially Raul, and Kristine, i feel like part of the family and will be making excuses to go in and visit everybody. I cant say enough how grateful I am and can recommend Shahin Ghadir and his staff 100%.

Dr. Ghadir was recommended to me by my husband's specialty doctor and I'm so glad that we chose to go to him. Going through the IVF process can be a very overwhelming and stressful experience, however, Dr. Ghadir and the staff at SCRC made us feel so comfortable every step of the way. Each visit was a 2 hour drive from where we live, but it was completely worth it. At our initial consult with Dr. Ghadir, he spent an adequate amount of time addressing our questions and concerns regarding the process. He was so personable and his optimism gave us encouragement of the possibility of getting pregnant. Typically I prefer seeing a female OBGYN, however, Dr. Ghadir has a very professional bedside manner, and I never once felt uncomfortable. On multiple occassions I received phone calls directly from Dr. Ghadir. He even called me after one of my visits to wish me a Happy Birthday when he realized what day it was. I never felt like a dollar sign, and it's baffling that anyone would say… such a thing. I really felt like Dr. Ghadir and each staff member cared about us and our outcome. It was especially exciting to hear the news that we were pregnant on the first try. We are now blessed with a beautiful baby girl and I'm so thankful to Dr. Ghadir and everyone at SCRC that made this happen for my husband and I. We could never say 'thank you' enough. I would highly recommend Dr. Ghadir for anyone who is struggling with infertility.

The ability to control when we have children sometimes feels like we have no control over it, at least that is what I used to think. I decided to freeze my eggs in my late 30â??s because I did not want to watch my window to have a baby close by the month. The topic in itself was a bit uncomfortable to discuss with others and more importantly it was a very personal discussion. A close friend referred Dr. Ghadir at SCRC for freezing my eggs and it was the best experience!!! From day one, Dr. Ghadir was hands on and extremely professional, reliable and attentive throughout the process. I would also like to thank Maria (Dr. Ghadirâ??s nurse) for her nurturing touch and support. Although my time with him was short, it was a worthwhile journey and I was very happy with my results. Egg freezing stopped the sadness that I was feeling at losing my chance to have the child I had dreamed about. The sound of the clock ticking allowed me to finally have the ability to snooze. I highly… recommend Dr. Ghadir for anyone who is considering freezing their eggs.

I love Dr. Ghadir because I'm currently pregnant with a little miracle he helped us create! He's very good at what he does and I'm happy we picked him, but he has the worst bedside manner. He doesn't always say the right things and he's not good at comforting you. He's very honest and straight forward which can be painful to hear at times. However, I trust him and I wasn't looking for a friend when I picked him. Besides his sweetheart of a nurse, Maria, makes up for everything he lacks in people skills. I'm thankful for what he has done for us and can't wait to meet my baby!

Dont expect any interest from this doctor to treat you like anything other than another number. On one visit he requested through his nurse that i see him the next time i went in. When I did he said "why are you here" and i said "because you asked me too!"Also he is very insensitive to how vulnerable you are in these situations and can be straight mean about things

His treatment plan for me did not make sense. He recommended a lot of testing that was unnecessary and expensive. Before I invested too much, I realized that his care plan was not individualized for me.I followed my instincts and spoke to geneticist and received a second opinion and then wound up switching doctors. He is nice but did not communicate plans effectively and his treatment suggestions did not make sense.
