Horrible! DO NOT GO HERE! Office staff extremely inefficient. Took more than 2 months (!!) for them to complete pre authorization RENEWAL, so my medication did not ship on time. Later took over a month to submit override request to insurance. Again, no medicine could ship, so I missed my monthly injections of medication that keeps me out of hospital. Also office only accepts medicine delivery Wednesdays & Thursdays. And don’t expect any information from Dr. Fatteh. She has ZERO bedside manner & treats questions as an imposition that wastes her time.

I am 73 with a compromised immune system and chronic shortness of breath. I have had a handicap placard for my car for 10 years. I brought in a renewal for the placard for the doctor to sign. She said I did have a problem, but I must go to an internist for a signature. An hour to wait to go in - an hour in with doctor and 2 hours round trip from my home. What awful treatment- elder abuse!!!

Where to begin....rude, incompetent, unprofessional, uncaring....

I just don’t know what to say. I work in suicide prevention. Since 2011. I have seen dozens, myriads, of systems of care. So many. Not only have I not seen this quality of work ever since 2011, but, I could not have dreamed a better run group. Wow. So many reasons to endorse. So many. People have no idea how to do what I saw today. I Almost have no idea. Wow. Branches of care throughout our communities and other services. This is exactly how a social service should act. Precisely. I’ve never seen this good quality. Never. And. Furthermore, costs relatively low $/day/sq foot compared to other healthcare services and other social services. I am happy to blow this place up. Please excuse my enthusiasm. Seeing the Good Doctor was a top 5 event today. Wow. So privileged to immediately transfer my care. IMMEDIATELY. Before there’s Longer wait. Extraordinary.

Thank you so much for getting my sons asthma under control. I know it is still a work in progress but I sincerely appreciate all that you have done so far .

I was having repeated pneumonia the doctor diagnosed me as immune deficient and gave me IVIG. Since my life is back no more infections, i have energy to work all day, no more allergies. Thanks Dr Shahnaz

She cares about your whole health, responds to concerns & even reviews records of other providers on the EMR(electronic medical record). Very reassuring clinician

Rude. Felt rushed. Pawned off on other provider. Seemed angry. Brash and abrasive.

Excellent doctor. Staff is phenomenal. New patient appointment process was smooth and easy. My interaction with front staff and medical team were great. Doctor Fatteh is knowledgeable, although I felt rushed by her. My one issue is the way she treats her staff. She berates them in front of everyone and I as a patient felt extremely uncomfortable. I thought the staff was fantastic, so her behavior to them was offputting. My level of uncomfort was so great that I doubt I will be returning back to see her. Overall great doctor but she needs to treat her staff like humans and appreciate them.
