Dr. Shahram Taei Tehrani, MD

Dr. Tehrani was the doctor on call at Rex during a recent overnight stay. He came into my room in the morning and talked to me about my condition. He seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to make sure that I knew what was going on. Two days later, he called me to inquire as to how I was. It's rare that a doctor will call you...most of the time, it's his nurse that calls.

He was my doctor during a hospital stay of a serious nature. He was caring, open, direct and honestly and completely answered all my questions. His concern and follow-up were execellent.

Dr. Tehrani was very uncaring. He did not care about the patients safety or quality of care; his only concern is timely discharges. He is rude and does not listen to concerns.
