Dr. Shahrzad Lalezari is a family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Western University Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. She completed her residency training at Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, where she developed comprehensive skills in caring for patients of all ages. With 12 years of experience in family medicine, Dr. Lalezari provides primary care services to families throughout the community.
