Excellent experience with Dr Zafar. He's always thorough and thoughtful

Dr Zafar has his nurse screen you for the first visit. You never get to meet him and he never examines you. If he recommends testing, once you schedule and complete the test you never hear from him again. I had a test on March 7. I still have not gotten a copy of my results, nor has my PCP. I have called and been promised these results many, many times. It is now September! I guess if you are not a candidate for surgery they aren’t interested.

I have had several visits with Dr. Zafar and I have always been extremely satisfied with the care/procedures and have recommended him to other people I know.

I really felt so comfortable with the doctor! He was easy to talk to and explained solutions to my problems in a kind manner.

Yes I will recommend Dr. Zafar.

The worst service ever. I waited on the teleheath for 1hr and 45 mins 3-10-2022. I made this appointment after going dark and forth with the phone persons who are extremely rude and passive aggressive. It's been 4 months and today is the last straw. This is not a third world country where there is little to no options so although the doctor when I saw him and his bedside manner is good and he found polyps 3yrs ago which made me want to use his services but at this point I and done... there is no customer service and Donna and others are rude and unprofessional.

Process went very smoothly. Dr. Zafar and staff accommodated my schedule very well. Excellent.

Dr Zafar doesn’t prepare his patients well. He gives them incorrect and incomplete instructions. He doesn’t care because good result or bad he gets paid.
