Dr. Shaifali Gupta, MD

After moving from a different state, I chose this office to go to bring my children because it was close. I wish I asked around more!! Trying to make an appointment was ridiculous. I called to schedule and they told me they couldn't give me an appointment until I received my new insurance cards in the mail. When I did, I called back and they said they didn't need the insurance info until I came in. I could have made the appointment the first time I called instead of waiting 3 weeks! The office is dirty with germ infested toys everywhere. There is only one small waiting room so my infant was surrounding by coughing children. The paperwork for new patients was so old and faded and difficult to read. They should have had me fill out paperwork online or mailed it. I would think they know how difficult it is to fill out forms while holding a baby. The receptionist was nice, I will say that. The "nurse" called us back and was very rude and unfriendly. Someone did not tell her she works in a… PEDIATRICS office. She did not tell me any information as she took my daughters weight and measurement. Finally after a long weight in the patient room, the doctor came in. She was also unfriendly and haughty. Don't even think about going here if you know that babies don't need the Hep B shot at birth. She was very adamant that I not return unless I gave my daughter that vaccine (even though she stays at home with me everyday). There are not many options in Lebanon, but stay away from this one!
