When you can at work due to an illness or an injury it is imperative that your doctor's office fills out your disability paperwork and accurate and timely manner. This office staff repeatedly fill things out wrong causing the patient to be without money for weeks, at the same time harassing the patient about not making a payment on their bill! They seemed unconcerned and are rude. Alerting the doctor about this seemed to have no effect.

This doctor is on probation due to gross negligence and incompetence . I was one of her patient. She was practicing as a cosmetic surgeon. She messed up a lot of people including me She was charged by the medical board to be dangerous and is prohibited from using laser . She also lacked medical knowledge and was ordered to take extensive courses to meet standard care practices. Bad doc!

I have been a patient at Dr. Menon for a few years now and I have always had the best experience with her services and with the office. She is very caring and listens to all of my concerns. The office has done a great job with appointment scheduling, billing and etc. I am very thankful to be one of the patients at Dr. Menon’s office.

Her rude demeanor let me know she had zero interest in seeing me as a patient. Her nurse was even worse!! I can't believe what happened at this office. Very unprofessional.
