I had to write this review, have been waiting to take time out to express how awesome Dr P,l is, our family simply loves her! She takes her time to review your issues, first time in this DNA age I saw a doc directly having a conversation with you , engaged with you and not the computer and infact keeping computer on the side! She is thorough, great bedside manners, minimal wait time and supported by equally great staff.

Easy to make appointments, quick response, I was sick and I could get in the same day. Bloodwork is in the same office , which is such an asset and relief as I don't have to run around finding labs. I got results of my blood work the same day via my chart and the doctors office promptly called me the very next day. Great doctor and great staff!

great experience! Dr Pamnani and office staff was very nice. Doctor speaks Gujarati, which was such easy communication for my older parents. She has become our family doctor, me , my wife, my parents all are her patients

One of my collegue at work suggested me to go this new doctor who was just round the corner, I ended up going her due to proximity of the clinic to my work and Dr P came highly recommended by my colleague. I must say I haven't felt so motivated about my health ever before. The doctor has such a calm and peaceful personality, puts you at ease right away. She takes her own time to review all your details. I must say thorough with her work. She has great staff who are very pleasant and try their best to help out your situation and accommodate your requests. I highly recommend as her as your PCP.

I was sent from the emergency room to a doctor to follow up on a Meniscus Tear in my left knee, this causing severe pain in my knee and my back due to an injury in a facility known as “Englewood Health center”. I was sent to Shaileja Pamnani to follow up on the injury. I went to see her for the first time on the 28th of October of last year and I thought she would be the one to take care of my injury and really care. However, this lady didn't provide any medication for my pain and was supposed to supply me with medical health for my injury and a surgical doctor but had never done either or. I later went on to get my own surgical orthopedic surgery doctor in Englewood. I thought I was going to get treatment in Englewood but it also didn't happen. I’ve been waiting for months for the right medication on top of that and to this day I still don't have the right doctor to take care of my problems that needed to be solved by an orthopedic doctor. I later found out that Shaileja Pamnani was… to become my new primary doctor. I had called on the 21st of December to refill medications that I need to suffice other issues I have like pulmonary and diabetic problems. The lady had seemed like she disappeared, not returning calls or just not having a sense of communication. I really needed this medication because I was severely suffering with migraines also as well as everything else going on. The pharmacy and doctor’s office had kept going back and forth about the medication I specified where they should go. I had continuously asked the receptionist of Shaileja’s office that I wanted to talk to her but she had refused to get in contact with me. Leading to this refusal to do her job. I still have the injury and have no orthopedic surgeon, nothing has been resolved and have been left with no medication. This is entirely irresponsible and unprofessional. I feel bad for any elderly people coming into her presence.

I visited Dr P while not having findigns a good PCP for last couple years. My experience with Dr P and her office was exceptional. I am glad I found a doctor who actually in engaged and wants to genuinely help you out while having great demeanor and equally awesome bedside manners. Great Find! I am glad my end for a good PCP ends here.
