Horrible service. The staff he has is terrible, they didn’t help at all. My husband is was a patient and he didn’t do anything but the same thing over and over again and never helped my husband at all. I told them that I was going to pick up some papers that were needed for one of his appointments and when I got there, they denied giving me anything because I didn’t have my ID even though they already knew who I was and my husband had already given me authorization to pick anything up for him. Horrible experience and will be looking for a new urologist.

Prescribed medication that required prior approval from my insurance company. Refused to interact with insurance company directly. When they gave me incomplete forms to send to the insurance company, they refused to respond to or contact the insurance company with the information they omitted.

This doctor was completely apathetic to my mother's needs. Several neurologists referred us to visit a urologist to identify what potential neuropathies could impact the bladder. He completely disregarded all of my questions, was condescending, and refused to give me any additional information regarding his assessment. The only guidance he gave me (and this is a real quote), "Does your mom walk like you?" My answer was "No" because my mother is currently suffering from an undiagnosed neurological disorder. His response was then "That means she has a neurological problem." That is the wonderful medical advice provided to us by this doctor. When I asked him if there was any neurological problems he knew of that could impact bladder functions, his response was to shake his head no. No intelligible guesses, no suggestions, no care whatsoever. I have never been this infuriated by a doctor and I strongly discourage anyone to see him for any issue unless it is a simple UTI. Even… then I would use caution. All he wanted was to end the appointment and begin his weekend. This doctor does not have any bedside manner and zero soft skill. He truly does not care.

Would recommend this doctor. Good ability in diagnosing.
